Restoration Production Manager

*SERVPRO® Restoration Production Manager *Seeking individuals with experience in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, and Restoration!!*Primary Responsibilities** Manage and produce jobs related to Water Damage, Mold Remediation and Fire.* Perform Job Inspections to Sell and Sign jobs* Manage and Oversee a crew of techs and temps at each job site with the objective of maximizing work productivity while minimizing production costs.* Responsible for and completing required duties including :* a. Create an using for each job and help gather required insurance paperwork required by the insurance company.* b. Responsible for entering/updating all relevant information into DryBook to correctly capture scope of the job)* c. Completing a walk thru of the entire property with the objective of understanding the scope of damage, identifying all affecting areas, and assessing required work and coordinating and guiding the techs on how to complete each job).* d. Completing (providing management with a drawing/illustration of the job site with appropriate measurements and all relevant data points needed to complete a proper estimate).* e. On a plan of action for each Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation or Fire cleanup job (create a photo report for each job documenting all affected areas before work is performed and once works is completed). We need BEFORE and AFTER photos to include in our Billing package to the insurance company* *Conduct Quality Checks at the end of each job completed** MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGER MORE THAN ONE JOB AT A TIME* *MUST ASSIST OFFICE MANAGER IN GATHERING ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS INCLUDING DRYBOOK TO ASSIST IN FINALIZING THE BILLING PACKAGE** To ensure all insurance requirements are met for each we work on and ensure all documentation is provided to Adjusters/Insurance company.* To ensure top notch customer service. Must follow up with customers often to ensure we are meeting their needs and supervise their activities.* Manage relationships with centers of influence (COIs) including Property Managers and Adjusters.* Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO® Franchise production guidelines* Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies* Train, manage, and recruit production personnel* Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently*Position Requirements** *Bilingual Preferred (English and Spanish)** *Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Production Manager at Restoration Company** *Minimum of 5 years’ experience using Xactimate or Estimate Writing** Minimum of 3 years’ experience using DryBook, Dash, or any other software that deals with Moisture Reading, Moisture Logging, Moisture mapping.* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Restoration, Construction, and related industries preferred* IICRC certifications preferred* High organization skills including organizing crew’s daily tasks.* Be able to write well and clearly and speak professionally on the phone with Insurance Adjusters and Insurance companies* Ability to keep highly organized* Proactive and fully engaged with our daily activities* Effective written and oral communication* Attention to Detail* High organization skills including organizing crew’s daily tasks.* Intermediate math skills* Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred* High school diploma/GED* IICRC certifications preferred--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Competitive pay based on experience!
