*Bartender – Job Overview*We are seeking a passionate and skilled *Bartender* to join our vibrant team. Our bar program is thoughtfully curated, placing a strong emphasis on *cocktail creation, signature recipes, and mixology expertise*. With a back bar featuring *200+ spirits*, a rotating beer list, and an extensive wine selection, we’re looking for someone who is excited to craft exceptional drinks and elevate the guest experience.*Key Responsibilities** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to house recipes and guest preferences* Showcase creativity and knowledge in crafting signature and classic cocktails* Maintain a clean, well-organized, and fully stocked bar* Accurately process transactions using the POS system and follow proper cash-handling procedures* Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service while engaging with guests* Monitor guest alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws* Assist with food service when needed, including delivering items to bar guests* Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, efficient shifts* Stay informed on inventory levels and help restock as needed*Qualifications & Experience** Prior bartending experience preferred; we are willing to train the right person with passion and potential* Strong understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail-building techniques* Experience working in a bar program with an emphasis on mixology is a plus* Comfort using POS systems and handling cash accurately* Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment* Professional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude* A genuine passion for hospitality and beverage culture*Why Join Us?*You’ll be part of a program that goes beyond the basics—this is a chance to deepen your knowledge of mixology, contribute ideas to seasonal cocktail menus, and work with a team that values craftsmanship, education, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $16.50 per hourExpected hours: 10 – 30 per weekBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Paid trainingAbility to Commute:* Woodbridge, CA 95258 (Required)Work Location: In person
