*Position Summary:*The Property Management Office Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the property management team. This position ensures smooth administrative processes, excellent tenant communication, and efficient coordination between property staff, vendors, and residents. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.*Key Responsibilities:** Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and visitors—responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.* Maintain and update tenant records, lease documentation, and property management databases.* Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and other tenant-related processes.* Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.* Schedule and track vendor services, inspections, and repairs.* Prepare and distribute tenant communications, notices, and newsletters.* Support rent collection processes and assist with delinquency tracking.* Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and financial reporting.* Maintain office supplies and ensure the office environment is organized and professional.* Collaborate with property managers and other departments to support operational goals.*Requirements** Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.* Strong understanding of legal administrative processes related to property leasing and tenant rights.* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.* Familiarity with LIHTC regulations is a plus but not mandatory.* Proficient in administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.* Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication over the phone.* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.This position offers an opportunity for growth within the property management field while contributing to a positive living experience for tenants.Job Type: Full-timePay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
