If you’re passionate about plants, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in a job well done, we’d love to hear from you.*What We Offer** *Flexible scheduling* and a healthy work/life balance* *Supportive team environment* that values learning and collaboration* *Competitive pay* starting at $18–$24+ per hour, based on experience* *Seasonal position* with 24–32 hours per week, depending on weather and project load* *Unemployment pay* during the winter for returning crew*What You’ll Do** Install new garden beds and landscapes for residential and commercial clients* Perform routine garden maintenance: weeding, pruning, deadheading, planting, watering* Spread mulch, compost, and soil; lift and move plants and materials* Maintain tools and assist with job site setup and cleanup* Use good judgment in the field: identify weeds, make horticulturally sound decisions, and problem-solve as needed* Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers*What We’re Looking For** Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture is required* Willingness to learn and grow on the job* Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather and perform manual labor* A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset* Comfort working independently and following instructions* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation* Flexible availability (week-to-week schedules may vary based on weather)*Ready to dig in?*Apply online at Types: Full-time, Part-time, SeasonalPay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person
