General Manager (GM)

*Showtime Hospitality is seeking an experienced General Manager.**Summary of Position: *Completely responsibility for all aspects of restaurant operations, both BOH and FOH.Works as a team with the rest of the management staff to ensure the best possible overall guest experience while maintaining a highly professional, efficient, and motivated staff. Complete 4 wall P&L accountability.*Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** Ensures the highest standard of food, service, atmosphere and employee image in keeping with the mission of the company.* Approves all schedules, time off requests and ensures payroll budgets are met.* Oversees all hiring, ensures proper training practices and all disciplinary action and is present for all terminations* Monitors and ensures food and beverage cost budgets are maintained or improved.*Daily Responsibilities:** Present during peak periods including, but not limited to holidays,weekends, nights, and Sunday brunches.
