*NOW HIRING:* DIRECTOR OF TRAINING AT ENGAGE PERSONAL TRAINING. Earning potential up to $90,000.00 or more per year.We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven leader to take on the role of Director of Training at Engage Personal Training.In our unique business model, the Director of Training will receive a generous base salary *PLUS *benefits. You'll be rewarded for growing the membership, member retention and managing the daily business functions.*THE IDEAL LEADER: *You will be an instrumental part of the growth of this location. The ideal match for this leadership position will drive sales, hiring, training & development. You'll spend roughly 25 hours a week conducting personal training and small group training sessions. The rest of your hours will be spent on new membership sales, retention and staff training. This is a full-time leadership position.*PROFIT SHARING: *Unlike other companies, you'll have direct perks like the opportunity for profit sharing as though you were an acting partner/founder.*DIRECTOR OF TRAINING HIGHLIGHTS:*As the Director of Training, your primary objective at Engage Personal Training is to create a premier client experience, increase recurring membership by electronic funds transfer (EFT) and control studio expenses while ensuring the highest level of service for studio members with a focus on service & retention. The Operator/Director of Training responsibilities also include overall sales management; adherence to budgeted payroll costs and other expenses; appropriate workforce management and scheduling according to company policies and procedures so as to minimize potential liability and maximize employee satisfaction and retention; and ensuring overall pristine studio cleanliness and maintenance.*Goals & Responsibilities:** Be the critical leader growing the studio with a goal reaching 120+ members* Ensure that studio is scheduling staff according to operational requirements and in compliance with payroll budgets* Ensure that studio is training, coaching and supervising the staff in accomplishing daily tasks and maximizing sales, including conducting weekly meetings with staff* Monitor staff performance to ensure delivery of membership services in compliance with company policies and procedures* Develop long-range-goals and objectives in order to provide member and employee satisfaction, improve member and employee retention, and increase membership* Create strong communication lines between the studio and franchise owner* Solve problems that affect club sales performance and the members’ satisfaction* Ensure that club payroll is completed timely, accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures* Other duties as assigned*Qualifications & Requirements:** 3-5 years of management experience and 5+ years of sales experience* Must hold a Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)* Experience managing in a stand-alone, high-end fitness club* Experience in presales or other applicable fitness-related sales* Leadership and development of a Personal Training team of 2 or more individuals* Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting* Ability to hire, direct, coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff* Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills* Proven financial, business and human resource management experience* Computer literacy* Evening and weekends hours are requiredPREMIUM COMPENSATION:$60,000 to $90,000 or more per year.BENEFITS:* Medical* Retirement + Company Match* Bonus Program* Complimentary membership for you and a significant other* Discounts on retail*LEADERS APPLY NOW.*Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Continuing education credits* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Gym membership* Health insurance* Opportunities for advancement* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Retirement planExperience:* Personal training: 1 year (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Required)* Night Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:* Wilmington, DE 19807 (Required)Work Location: In person
