Negotiator

As a Negotiator, you’ll be instrumental in securing settlements for clients facing MCA (merchant cash advance) debt. This fast-paced role demands strong organizational skills, sharp decision-making, and the ability to negotiate assertively and professionally. You'll be backed by a dedicated legal and management team committed to your success.*Key Responsibilities:** Negotiate directly with MCA lenders, attorneys, and collection agents on behalf of business clients.* Analyze lending agreements and financial documents to inform negotiation strategy.* Develop, propose, and execute settlement offers that align with clients’ goals and cash flow realities.* Maintain accurate case notes, correspondence, and progress reports.* Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and client services, to ensure strategy alignment and case success.* Stay current on MCA industry trends, legal updates, and creditor behavior.*Qualifications:** Proven experience in debt negotiation, collections, or legal settlements (MCA-specific experience is a strong plus).* Familiarity with merchant cash advance structures and common lending practices.* Strong understanding of commercial debt and creditor-debtor rights.* Exceptional communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a professional, client-focused demeanor.* Paralegal, JD, or legal background preferred but not required.*Job Details:*Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMCompensation: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and responsibilities.*Disclaimer:*This job description is not a contract or guarantee of employment.
