*Job Overview*We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part time experienced Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of property leasing and management, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with residents and prospective tenants.*Duties** Assist the Manager and team. Assist prospective tenants in finding suitable rental properties that meet their needs.* Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters.* Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.* Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all leasing activities.* Utilize property management software such as OneSite to manage tenant applications and lease agreements.* Handle administrative tasks related to leasing, including preparing lease documents and maintaining accurate records.* Collaborate with the facilities management team to address any property maintenance issues promptly.* Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.*Experience** Previous experience in property leasing and One Site.* Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) properties is a plus.* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.* Ability to effectively negotiate lease agreements while ensuring tenant satisfaction.* Knowledge of property maintenance processes and facilities management is beneficial.* Proficiency in using office software and property management systems.If you are passionate about real estate and have the skills necessary to excel as a Leasing Agent, we encourage you to apply.
