Retail Cafe Team Member SoDo, $12-$15 an hour in tips!

We are looking for candidates to fill a part time Team Member position at our wonderful SODO Cafe. Shifts are between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Ability to work holidays and weekends is required.*Café Team Responsibilities:** Processing customer transactions at registers.* Prepares and serves hot and cold food and baked goods.* Describes product details to customers.* Ensures customer service stations are properly stocked with paper products or beverage preparation items.* Café cleaning tasks, such as, washing dishes, sweeping, moping, and trash disposal.* Cleans and sanitizes service and seating areas.* Ensures proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating by routinely checking temperatures in that equipment.* Stocks supplies and retail products.* Performs other related duties as assigned.*Café Team Job Requirements:** Excellent customer service skills.* Must be 18 years old or older.* Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English.* Good attitude and receptive to feedback.* Current Food Handler's Permit or the ability to get one.* Detail-oriented and organized.* Ability to move and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.* Able to lift 30 lbs. occasionally.* Energetic, positive, and task oriented.* Adaptable to a changing environment and able to take on new tasks as needed.* Reliable transportation to work.* Ability to work all weekends and holidays.* Be punctual.* Be able to work early in the morning.* Previous food service or barista experience a plus but not required.*Compensation:*Starting Wage: $20.76 - $20.76 / hour with an average of $12.00 - $15.00 an hour in tipsWage Range: $20.76 - $25.26 / hour, with an average of $12.00-$15.00 an hour in tips*Benefits:** Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 60 days of employment.* Paid Time Off begins to accrue upon hire.
