Precision CNC Machinist

Type: Full-timeLocation: Placentia, CA 92870Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Vision insuranceResponsibilities:* Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications* Set up CNC machines, including loading and unloading materials and tooling* Inspect finished parts using calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet required tolerances* Make adjustments to machine settings and tooling as necessary to maintain accuracy and quality* Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production targets are met* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaRequirements:* Minimum of 5 years of experience operating CNC machines* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications* Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials* Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers* Familiarity with CNC machine controls and programming languages is a plus* Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality work* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team* Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:* Paid vacation and holidays* Partial coverage of medical insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:* Applicants must either reliably commute to Placentia, CA 92870 or be planning to relocate before starting work.Note: Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of machining experience.If you meet the above requirements and are interested in this position, please submit your application along with your resume and any relevant certifications.
