As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation.*Duties** Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.* Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.* Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times.* Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal dishes.* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.* Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.* Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring quality service and presentation.*Qualifications** Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.* Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.* Experience in fine dining establishments is preferred.* Familiarity with dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus.* Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in meal preparation.* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
