Job Description*Job Title:* Park Services Team Lead *Reports to:* Property Operations Manager*Department:* Park Services *FLSA Status:* Non-Exempt*Date:* 07/24/2023*Position Summary:*The Park Services’ Team Lead will function as a lead member of the Park Service’s team, encouraging cross-team collaboration and setting the standard for performance. The Park Services Team Lead will supervise his/her staff and daily operations through executing Standard Operating Procedures.*Principal Duties & Responsibilities:*· Ensure that proper staffing levels are maintained at all times.· Ensure that all zones and storage area are clean and orderly.· Develop and train subordinates. Inform your crew of daily events, zone schedule and operational opportunities.· Set the service standard for the Park Services team.· Help manage various zones and have a positive work environment.· Answer customer queries in a friendly demeanor.· Communicate maintenance problems to the Property Operations Manager and Maintenance· Listen and solve guest complaints.· Identify and correct all potential safety hazards. Enforce all safety policies and procedures.· Direct leadership for day-to-day zone operations.· Assists with Operations Manager to develop and execute schedule planning.· Assumes leadership position in case of emergencies such as power outages, inclement weather, and guest and/or employee incidents.· Works with operations manager to create, revise, monitor, evaluate, and adjust Standard Operating Procedures.· Record disciplinary actions, as necessary.· Participates in administering employee recognition and rewards program.· Selects, trains, and instructs new employee on Standard Operating Procedures.· Promotes teamwork amongst all staff and ensures a pleasant and safe work environment.· Take stock inventory of cleaning supplies.· Requisition new stock needs with operations manager.· Always adhere to company policies and departmental standard operating procedures.· Making sure paperwork, keys and radios are turned in at the end of the day.· Other duties as assigned.*Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:*· Ability to work evenings, weekend, and holidays (40+ hours per week)· Able to multi-task and maintain composure in pressure situations.· Customer service orientation· Able to stand/walk in extreme heat or cold for prolonged periods of time.· Adaptability· Initiative· Stress tolerance.· High energy level· Come to work on time.· Ability to work under pressure and in a team.· Maintain regular attendance.*Education & Experience Preferred:*· High School Diploma or equivalent required*Supervisory Responsibilities:* Park Services Attendants and/or seasonal staff._This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position.
