Oasis Pool Team Leader

*Position Overview*The Oasis Pools Team Leader is an experienced pool installer capable of working with minimal supervision. The position works as a member of the team and directs the activities of two or more team members at a job site. The Oasis Pools team leader can operate a variety of equipment and has working knowledge of vinyl and fiberglass pool installation practices.*Essential Responsibilities*1. Manage and lead a team of laborers, ensuring all team understand their roles and responsibilities – including time sheet approvals & training team members in company policies and standard install procedures (SIPs)2. Material and Equipment management: Coordinate the delivery, use, and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment verifying all resources are utilized efficiently.3. Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to local building codes, safety regulations, and company safety policies. Conduct routine safety inspections and manage on-site safety and proper use of safety equipment and PPE.4. Utilize company operating system & processes, to maintain accurate records of project progress, material usage, labor hours, and any deviations from project plans5. Organizing and running the daily responsibilities of a job site to efficiently and effectively complete tasks and projects on budget.6. Handles jobsite start/stop including connecting with the client, jobsite photos, time tracking, yard signs and door hangers informing clients of what services were performed.7. Works as a member of the team to perform all job duties on and offsite.8. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including worksite, tools, equipment, company vehicles, and all shop areas.9. Quality: Interpreting and executing jobs, tasks, and plans according to manager and client expectations with expert craftsmanship and attention to detail.10. Relationships: Develop trust between team members, managers, and clients through honesty and effective communication.11. Respect: Show clients you care about their needs, investment, and time by leaving their property better than it was. Show team members respect through kindness.12. Help with snow removal during the winter months if requested.*Knowledge and experience*· 4+ years of experience in fiberglass and vinyl swimming pool construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.· Technical knowledge: In depth understanding of pool construction process.· Attention to detail: Strong focus on precision and quality, with an eye for aesthetic finishes that meet luxury standards.· .· Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and train a team with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, while adapting to the culture, standards and practices of the company.*Certifications*· Required – Class A NYS Driver’s License-· Recommended – Class A CDL – Commercial Driver’s License· Recommended – First aid/CPR*Work Environments*· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, stoop or kneel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
