Compensation is based upon experience.The Job:Right now, Jordan Machine is actively recruiting for one top-level CNC Mill or Lathe Machinist for an immediate opening. In Jordan’s job shop environment, each assignment requires new setups and skillful techniques. Therefore, the successful candidate will have:* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in independent operation of CNC Vertical or Horizontal Machining Centers or CNC Lathes.* Experience in all aspects of machine setup including part location and tool calibration.* Knowledge of G-Code editing required.* Experience in all aspects of operation and quality monitoring.* Excellent blueprint reading skills.* Experience in measuring and quality monitoring.* Common machinist’s hand tools and indicators.Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Retirement planSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):* This is a job shop environment, meaning there are few to no production runs.
