Social Service Coordinator

Come join our well trained, compassionate, mission based team!*This position requires the individual to report on-site, 24 hours a week; one multifamily property in Upland, PA.*This part time position will require morning/afternoon hours.The responsibilities include but not limited to:* Working with each resident to determine their personal needs* Providing knowledge and proficient social service* Maintain tenant files and data* Working with the Site Manager and Operational team to provide feedback on the resident's needs* Must be able to learn and follow HUD regulations and procedures* Planning and executing resident activities* Coordinating donated food items* Planning and organizing resident outings* Providing excellent communication skills while working personally with residents, answering phones and while working with other staff members* Must be organized* Must be proficient in all Microsoft products (i.e. word, excel and power point)* Most importantly must be willing to be a team player!Bachelor's in Social Work is preferredCompetitive salary and paid time off will be offered.Job Type: Part-timePay: From $21.00 per hourBenefits:* Paid time off* Professional development assistanceSchedule:* 4 hour shift* Day shiftExperience:* Social work: 2 years (Required)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Required)Ability to Commute:* Chester, PA 19013 (Required)Work Location: In person
