For a residential construction company.We are looking for a reliable Construction Meeting Coordinator to schedule meetings and follow up with prospects. You will be responsible for meeting schedules, clients and prospect management, and follow-ups.*Responsibilities** Answer all incoming office phone calls.* Making phone calls to schedule meetings.* Email prospects all necessary information.* Text prospects as needed.* Coordinate and book meetings based on schedule.* Work closely with Yelp.* Respond to any incoming request - Website/Google/FB/Etc.* Prepare weekly and monthly reports.* Document data and monitor trends.* Must be knowledgeable about the company's projects.* Get a rating from all prospects.* Confirm all meetings.* Oversee all expenses and invoices* Approve and collect payments*Skills** Friendly personality with high communication skills* Experience with talking to clients* Knowledge in construction - MUST* Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods* A positive attitude is a must* Understanding of all facets of the construction process* Familiarity with CRM software* Familiarity with Yelp* Ability to plan and see the “big picture”* Excellent time and project management skills* Must be coachable* Knowledge in sales* Must be a "Techie" and know how to work fast and efficiently with online systems.Construction knowledge is a MUST, please don't apply if you don't have any construction knowledge.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hourBenefits:* Paid time offSchedule:* Monday to FridayExperience:* Residential construction: 3 years (Required)Work Location: In person
