This role involves collaborating closely with sales designers, clients, and construction teams to create bespoke designs using 2020 Design software, while ensuring seamless project execution from concept to installation._Key Responsibilities_* Collaborate with sales designers to gather and understand client wish lists, preferences, and project requirements.* Utilize existing home dimensions to curate innovative designs in 2020 Design software that align with client needs and aesthetic goals.* Demonstrate efficiency in design processes, including making quick alterations and adjustments during live client meetings to facilitate real-time decision-making.* Prepare detailed construction scopes of work, outlining demolition, installation, and any necessary modifications required to bring designs to life.* Leverage Microsoft Excel for project tracking, budgeting, material calculations, and data organization.* Clearly articulate and explain design choices, rationale, and technical details to sales teams and clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.* Manage cabinetry ordering for semi-custom and custom designs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery._Qualifications and Requirements_* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience using 2020 Design software for interior projects.* Proven expertise in high-end residential design, with a portfolio showcasing successful kitchen, bath, and related interior transformations.* Hands-on experience in cabinetry ordering and design for semi-custom and custom applications.* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts simply and persuasively.* A proactive, high-energy mindset with the capacity to work efficiently under tight deadlines and pressure.* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.If you are a driven designer ready to elevate luxury residential spaces, we encourage you to apply.
