*Job Title: Regional Property Manager**Company:* Stackhouse Management*Location:* [Columbus, OH and surrounding areas*Employment Type:* Full-time*Travel:* Frequent travel within assigned region*Position Summary:*Stackhouse Management is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee the performance of a portfolio of manufactured housing communities. This position plays a key role in driving home sales, maintaining high occupancy, ensuring community standards, and providing leadership and accountability to the property management team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong operational mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment.*Key Responsibilities:**Team Leadership & Portfolio Oversight:** Lead and support Property Managers across the assigned region* Conduct regular site visits to coach team members, review performance, and assess property conditions* Recruit, train, and onboard new site-level staff as needed* Reinforce company policies, expectations, and performance standards consistently*Home Sales, Leasing & Occupancy:** Drive home sales by ensuring homes are move-in ready, marketed effectively, and shown promptly* Partner with on-site teams to improve lead response time, tours, applications, and lease conversions* Implement regional strategies to boost occupancy and resident retention*Collections & Delinquency Management:** Monitor rent collections and provide guidance on handling delinquent accounts* Support the legal process for non-payment, including notices and evictions* Hold teams accountable for timely communication with residents regarding balances and payment plans*Community Operations & Standards:** Ensure communities are clean, well-maintained, and aligned with Stackhouse’s quality standards* Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve property issues and prioritize capital improvements* Enforce rules and address resident concerns professionally and consistently* Serve as an escalation point for high-level or sensitive resident matters*Onboarding & Transition Support:** Lead the operational transition of newly acquired communities into Stackhouse systems* Oversee staffing changes, resident communication, and system integration for new properties*Qualifications:** *Experience:** Minimum 3 years of regional or multi-site property management* Manufactured housing or home sales experience strongly preferred* *Skills:** Strong leadership and team development abilities* High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills* Independent and self-motivated with the ability to manage a large geographic area* Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (Rent Manager a plus)* *Other Requirements:** Valid driver’s license and clean driving record* Regular regional travel; some nights and weekends may be required based on property needs*Compensation & Benefits:** Competitive base salary* Performance-based bonus opportunity* Health, dental, vision, and life insurance* 401(k) retirement plan with company match* Paid time off and company holidays* Professional development support*Join Our Team:*At Stackhouse Management, we’re building better communities—and we need capable leaders to make that happen.
