Mitigation Manager

Full Job Description Robinson Restoration is a Vancouver based property restoration and mitigation contractor. We mitigate damages caused by water, wind, and storms. We are seeking an experienced Mitigation Manager with strong leadership skills, knowledge, and experience. IICRC certifications, and DASH experience are a plus.The Mitigation Manager will also oversee any structural and process changes needed to maintain success and growth.Job Tasks:* Responsible for directing the Mitigation Department.* Quality control of on-site projects, employees, and project files* Department structuring* Development of Project Managers and Technicians.* Working with Project Managers and overseeing scheduling and directing of crews to job sites.* Ensure Project Manager’s and crews maintain excellent communication with the customer* Dedication to providing excellent customer service.* Track the financial, and overall, performance of individuals, jobs and production.* Work with the Priority responders and Repair division regarding complex projects and potential leads* Reviewing time sheets for discrepancies* Ensuring the Mitigation Department is stocked on equipment, materials, and supplies.* Maintain production capacity through adequate staffing, training, equipment and supply management.Job Requirements:* Previous experience in water, wind, and mold mitigation with IICRC certifications (preferred).* Strong project management skills.* Excellent communication* 2 to 4 years’ experience in Mitigation management.* 5+ years’ experience in Restoration* General construction repair knowledgeBenefits:* Highly Competitive Wages* Medical, Dental, and Vision plans* Company Vehicle, gas and insurance* Company Equipment and tools* Paid Vacation* 6 Paid Holidays per year* PTO* 401k with company matchJob Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* Day shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededSupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunitiesWork Location: In person
