*We are excited to find a passionate, professional, and engaging individual to add to our front desk team. The Receptionist/Concierge is primarily responsible for promoting hospitality. Are you the right person to welcome people to our “home”, to take ownership and be a leader in providing exceptional customer service?*This is an extremely valuable position for our business. We are looking for someone who has a natural ability to take care of people and make them feel special, as well as make sure our facility runs smoothly.AXIS Personal Trainers is proud to have a 28-year history in the fitness industry. We are a by appointment only, one-on-one personal training facility, with clients of all ages with different needs and abilities. We are dedicated to giving our clients more than they ever thought possible. Our entire team is committed to creating an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.Duties include:* Provide the highest level of customer service possible* Answer phones* Coordinate scheduling between new clients and staff to ensure timely and smooth onboarding* Oversee entire placement process for new clients from initial inquiry through coordination, scheduling, and post session follow up* Provide information on facility and services* Maintain facility cleanliness* Light restocking* Facility and equipment inventory* Communication with vendors* Projects and other administrative duties as needed* Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and clients, providing timely assistance, guidance, and solutions* Facilitate communication and collaboration, ensuring team members have the resources and support needed to succeed* Act as a problem solver, helping clients navigate inquiries or issues* Foster strong relationships by actively listening to concerns and delivering helpful, accurate information to both the team and clientsCandidate must have:* A Sparkling Personality!* Excitement to be part of a team* Excellent communication skills* Excellent customer service skills* An ability to foresee challenges and anticipate needs before they arise* Flexibility and Adaptability* Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and embrace new challenges with a positive, can-do attitude* Quickly adjust to shifting priorities, tasks, or demands while maintaining focus and delivering high-quality results* Demonstrate openness to feedback and a willingness to modify approaches to better align with evolving business needs* Maintain composure under pressure, effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines.* Good problem solving skills* Good organizational skills* Good time management skills* Ability to perform physical tasks (i.e. lift dumbbells, heavy towel bags, etc)Please visit our website at to learn more about the company and our current team.*Job Type: Full-time, Monday- Friday 8-4pm*Pay: $25.00 per hourJob Type: Full-timePay: From $25.00 per hourWork Location: In person
