*Job Overview*We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.*Responsibilities** Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.* Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart using Aloha POS or similar systems.* Answer phone calls with professionalism, providing information about menu items, wait times, and reservations.* Assist in managing the flow of guests during busy periods to ensure timely service.* Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs promptly.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area, including menus and promotional materials.* Provide assistance to guests as needed, demonstrating excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.*Qualifications** Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.* Familiarity with Aloha POS or other restaurant management software is a plus.* Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest interaction.* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.* A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service.* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.Join our team as a Host/Host and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests!Job Type: Full-timePay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Health insuranceShift:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shift* Morning shift* Night shiftWork Location: In person
