CNC Machinist (2nd Shift)

*Overview*We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and be proficient in programming and tooling. This role is essential for producing high-quality components with precision and efficiency. The CNC Machinist will work with various materials, including plastics, and will be responsible for ensuring that all parts meet stringent specifications.*Duties** Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce precision parts.* Program CNC machinery using Mazatrol and Fanuc controls to ensure accurate production.* Utilize GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to interpret technical drawings and specifications.* Measure components using calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools to verify dimensions.* Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.* Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tooling solutions for new projects.* Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain production flow.* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.*Qualifications** Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.* Proficiency in programming CNC machines, particularly with Mazatrol and Fanuc systems.* Strong understanding of GD&T principles and ability to read technical drawings.* Experience with plastics injection molding processes is a plus.* Familiarity with hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are preferred.Join our team as a CNC Machinist where your skills will contribute significantly to our manufacturing processes while ensuring the highest quality standards are met.Job Type: Full-timePay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Evening shift* Night shiftSupplemental Pay:* Overtime payShift availability:* Night Shift (Required)Work Location: In person
