Inspire.**Resident Relations:** Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere within the community.* Serve as a point of contact for resident inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing prompt and professional assistance.* Conduct regular outreach to residents to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels.* Address resident issues and concerns promptly and effectively.* Conduct due diligence investigations into resident complaints and employ robust and consistent follow-up with residents.* Be a proactive leader, providing exceptional customer service.* Review daily resident bulletin board and moderate posts as directed.*Community Management:** Ensure adherence to all community policies, lease terms and regulations.* Resident move-ins and move-outs: perform inspections, and handle related documentation per policies and procedures* Assist in the preparation and distribution of lease documents, notices, and other communications to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.* Assist with rent collection, accounts receivable management, late payments and delinquency follow-up and collection in accordance with established policies and procedures.* Generate resident notices, such as three-day notice, notice to perform, notice to quit, etc.* Assist in lease renewal program; post renewal notices, follow up with residents and own retention efforts in meeting occupancy goals.* If applicable, prepare regular reports on resident satisfaction, occupancy and financial performance as directed by the Community Manager.* Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders, ensuring timely resolution of resident issues.* Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, tracking expenses, and ensuring adherence to financial goals.* Process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.* Adhere to and ensure compliance with all company and community policies, procedures, and regulations, including fair housing laws.* Conduct weekly property inspections in accordance with established policies and procedures.* Conduct filing in the corporate office as directed.* Complete property manager PPMs.* Submit marketplace orders for supplies and parts.* Perform guest suite inspections before check-in and after check-out as needed.* Assist the Community in preparation of eviction files and attend hearings as needed.* Utilize technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi/CRM software.* Maintain orderly key tracking system in Yardi Management software.* Manage inventory and order necessary administrative supplies in a timely manner.* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in property management, maintenance, and resident services.* Review daily Concierge Dashboard for shift notes & reservations.* Assist with new hire and ongoing training of concierge team.* Assist with concierge desk coverage as needed.* Assist the Community Manager with team staffing, scheduling, and third-party staffing scheduling and management.*Emergencies:** Participate in emergency on-call rotation for property maintenance issues as needed.*Additional Responsibilities:** Assist the leasing team with conducting apartment tours when needed.* Fulfill any other designated tasks assigned by the Community Manager, Regional Manager, or corporate staff.*What We’re Looking For:** 3-5 years property management experience.* Recent and relevant experience in an Assistant Manager or Community Manager role at a similar community required.* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi/CRM software preferred.* Financial acumen with budgeting and fiscal reporting experience a plus.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Ability to maintain professionalism while providing exceptional customer service.* Responsive to feedback and adaptable to changing circumstances.* Adherence to dress guidelines and role policies and procedures.* Positive, personable, and team-oriented.* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.* Thrives in a fast-paced environment.* Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.* Demonstrates quick analysis, strategic thinking, and effective implementation.* Exhibits confidence, sound judgment, and unflappability.* Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.* Physical capability to stand, sit, walk, lift objects up to 20 pounds without assistance.*Why Join Us?**Health & Wellness Benefits*Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (subject to eligibility).*Paid Time Off*Vacation and sick leave to support your work-life balance and well-being.*Career Development*We promote from within and provide training to help you reach your full potential.*Positive Culture*We value integrity, collaboration, and fun.
