Groundskeeper/Porter

Paradise Management is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Groundskeeper for a luxury apartment community in Lafayette Hill, PA. Must have reliable transportation and be available for after hours emergencies.The Groundskeeper is involved daily in the upkeep of the property in order to enhance and maintain its curb appeal. The Groundskeeper will also assist the rest of the staff as directed in their efforts to manage the property in an efficient manner.Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Physically walk the property on a daily basis and remove litter and debris from the grounds.Must be able to use a leaf blower to keep sidewalks and walking areas clean of loose grass and brush; water plants and flowers.Regularly clean and maintain building breezeways, using leaf blower and broom to remove any debris from area.Must be able to assist with various physical tasks as directed; e.g., tearing down fences, digging post holes, carrying abandoned furniture, remove appliances, etc.Distribute resident communications to residents; e.g., upcoming events, pest control notices, and newsletters.Perform work area clean-up and safety related duties.Clean the office, Club room, amenity areas, and restrooms on a daily basis (prior to opening).Clean and maintain models on a daily basis.Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Paid time offSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In person
