*About Us:* We are a busy, family-owned dry cleaning business committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Shift Supervisor to oversee operations and collaborate with department managers for a seamless workflow. Dry cleaning experience not required.*Responsibilities:** *POS System Management:* Utilize and oversee the Point of Sale (POS) system to efficiently process customer transactions, manage inventory, track orders, and manage delivery routes.* *Staffing:* Keep store staffing and talent at optimal levels to ensure operating efficiency and top service levels.* *Customer Service:* Foster a positive and customer-focused environment by leading the CSR staff in providing excellent service, addressing customer concerns, and resolving issues promptly.* *Inventory Management:* Coordinate with managers to keep track of supplies, manage inventory levels, and place orders as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.*Qualifications:** Previous experience in customer service.* Experience with POS systems and ability to train staff on system usage.* Familiarity with basic troubleshooting to address minor computer-related issues independently.* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations.The right candidate will be an outgoing and highly motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have the skills to manage a dynamic team.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Paid time offShift:* Day shift* Evening shiftWork Location: In person
