Job Title: Aesthetician, Sales Leader & Client Success Manager (PT/FT)Location: Eyesthetics (Boynton Beach, FL)Job Type: Part-Time / Full-TimeReports To: Medical Director / CEOAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic, multi-talented professional to join our team in a hybrid role that blends clinical aesthetics, sales leadership, and client success management. As an Aesthetician, Sales Leader & Client Success Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional skincare services, driving business growth, and cultivating lasting client relationships through strategic outreach and engagement.Key Responsibilities:As an Aesthetician:* Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other non-invasive procedures.* Conduct personalized consultations and develop tailored treatment plans.* Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.As a Sales Leader:* Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales goals for services, memberships, and retail products.* Mentor and coach team members to improve sales performance and product knowledge.* Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute promotional campaigns and client retention strategies.As a Client Success Manager:* Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a high-touch, concierge-level experience.* Support the doctor by preparing patients for consultations, assisting with treatment coordination, and ensuring smooth handoffs.* Track client progress and satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns and optimizing outcomes.Lead Generation & Community Engagement:* Host and attend client-facing events such as open houses, educational seminars, and VIP nights to showcase services and build relationships.* Establish and nurture partnerships with local businesses, wellness professionals, and community organizations to drive referrals and cross-promotions.* Develop and manage referral programs to incentivize client and partner engagement.* Actively engage on social media platforms by creating and sharing educational, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content that reflects the brand’s voice and values.* Monitor social media trends and respond to client inquiries and comments to foster community and trust.Qualifications:* Licensed Aesthetician (State-specific license required).* 2+ years of experience in aesthetics, sales, or client success roles.* Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and client satisfaction goals.* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.* Experience supporting medical professionals or working in a clinical setting is a plus.* Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content creation tools.* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.What We Offer:* Competitive hourly rate + commission + performance bonuses.* Ongoing training and professional development.* Opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.* Employee discounts on services and products.If you're passionate about skincare, love connecting with people, and thrive in a results-driven environment, we’d love to meet you!Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits:* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Professional development assistance* Referral programWork Location: In person
