*Job Overview*PIR is a premier Vacation Rental business specializing in Property Management. We are seeking a talented and motived Service Administrator to join our incredible team. PIR sets the standard of excellence through our knowledgeable, industry-leading team members, striving to create a 5-star experience for each guest’s arrival to our vacation rental properties.*Benefits** 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid holidays* Bonus’As Service Administrator, your mission will be to efficiently handle overall maintenance administrative responsibility in every aspect of work orders, ensuring work orders are completed to PIR high standards. To achieve this mission, you will:*Responsibilities:** Demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks with professionalism, organization, and thoroughness with every work order request; ensuring work orders are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.* Assists in overseeing the daily activities of the maintenance team, while ensuring maintenance personnel have the tools they need to succeed.* Plans and prepare work orders, assign tasks, delegates work, review work for accuracy and timely completion.* Communicate with Maintenance Superintendent and Property Managers to prioritize guest-impacting maintenance.* Maintain Vendor relationships in coordination with contracted work - ensure that all repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.* Oversee loaner items and owner purchase items.* Professionally communicate with owners, vendors and guests while following up on critical issues.* Assist with the bidding process for vendors.* Maintains adequate inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.* Demonstrates customer service skills by treating guests, owners, and others with respect, answering questions from internal team members as well as owners, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and assigned work orders with efficiency and urgency.* Work as a team with the office staff to ensure overall guest satisfaction.* Personally comply and ensure all other Maintenance personnel comply with all safety guidelines in accordance with OSHA and PIR standards.*Salary:** Commensurate with experience*Qualifications:** Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience, vacation rental industry experience a plus.* Able to prioritize and multi-task effectively and efficiently.* Experience using Barefoot or other property management software preferred, including proficiency with mobile apps.* Ability to work individually and in a team environment, dealing with different personalities in a professional manner.* Available to work Saturdays, and on-call as needed.Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
