Backed by decades of experience and a strong commitment to quality and innovation, we deliver cost-effective, reliable solutions with responsive service.*Position Details**Status:* Full-time | Exempt*Reports to:* President*Work Schedule:* 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.*About the Role*Pride Solutions is seeking an experienced and driven Human Resources Generalist to support our office and production teams by leading core HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and employee programs. This is a hands-on role that also contributes to strategic initiatives around retention, culture, safety, and workforce planning.
