Lawn Technician

*Job Summary*This position is 1-2 days a week, and is flexible. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves working outdoors, performing various tasks related to lawn and garden upkeep, and ensuring that properties maintain their aesthetic appeal. This position is 1-2 days a week, and is flexible. The Lawn Technician will be responsible for executing tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.*Responsibilities** Mowing residential and commercial properties using commercial- grade equipment.* Perform landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance.* Dig and prepare soil for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.* Carry out lawn care duties such as fertilization, aeration, and weed control to promote healthy growth.* Utilize power tools effectively and safely for various landscaping tasks.* Conduct tree care activities including pruning and removal of dead branches.* Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic mechanical knowledge.* 1-2 days a week, flexible schedule*Experience** 2 years Experience with commercial mower.* Valid Drivers License.* Familiarity with operating power tools and machinery used in landscaping is advantageous.* Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues is a plus.* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces while developing your skills in lawn care and maintenance!Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalPay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 8 per weekAbility to Commute:* Broadview Heights, OH 44147 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Broadview Heights, OH 44147: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
