Fine Dining Bartender - Evenings Only

Our team provides high levels of service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere to our members with full-service restaurants, bar and lounge, along with a high volume of event activity.*Bartenders (must be 21)**Key Responsibilities:** Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests, following club recipes and presentation standards.* Provide expert recommendations on cocktails, wines, and spirits with confidence and professionalism.* Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service.* Build genuine rapport with members while maintaining a discreet and respectful approach to service.* Ensure strict compliance with all club policies and local/state alcohol service laws.* Accurately enter orders and process payments through the club’s POS system.* Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and monthly inventory counts.* Follow detailed opening, closing, and shift-change procedures.* Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service throughout the dining areas.* Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the grooming and conduct standards of the club.*Bartender Qualifications:** Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a *fine dining or private club* setting required.* Strong working knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.* Alcohol service certification (TABC or equivalent) required.* Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.* Must maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.*Physical Requirements:** Ability to stand for extended periods.* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.* Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.If you want to work in a great, family-friendly work environment with the *BEST VIEW IN BIRMINGHAM, this is the place!*Must be able to work possible nights, weekends, and occasion holidays.
