Hotel Houseperson - Hilton Garden Inn

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Hotel House Person. As a vital part of our hotel operations, you will ensure that our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your primary responsibility will be to support the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all public areas.*Responsibilities:** Clean and maintain assigned public areas according to hotel standards and procedures.* Ensure all amenities and supplies are stocked in guest rooms and public areas.* Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and towels.* Empty trash containers and transport trash and waste to disposal area.* Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.* Drive requested van shuttle runs* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department or manager.* Follow established safety precautions and procedures at all times.* Drive the hotel shuttle for transportation request.*Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.* Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; training will be provided.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.* Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, and bend.* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.* Good communication skills, both verbal and written.* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.* Valid driver's license.*Benefits:** Competitive hourly wage commensurate with experience.* Employee Discount* Full time employees receive benefits*How to Apply:* Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the Hotel House Person position.
