*JOB DUTIES*: This position requires the skills to operate various equipment including ink-mixing equipment. Adjust equipment as needed to ensure quality of finished product.Assignment will include use of computer for data entries, machine operations and quality of the products. This position is part of a 2 person production operating team.*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS*:* Prior *2-3* months machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.* Ability to follow detailed instructions for mixing ink batches/setting up machine controls and to work with ink-making chemicals in sometimes very hot conditions.* Ability to read, write and carry out instructions in English.* Ensures all aspects of quality standard are met and performs all quality checks and adjustments as required. Communicate with quality control dept. as necessary to assure quality of finished product.* Ability to perform basic math functions, e.g., addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.* Ability to multitask.* Required to lift 20 pounds frequently and 60 pounds occasionally. Ability to climb stairs or ladders.* Ability to pass respirator test when working in hazardous chemical areas.*NOTE: NIGHT SHIFT POSITION - 7pm pm - 7:30am**WORK SCHEDULE: Rotation**RATE OF PAY: $21/hr.
