Corporate Office — Professional Generalist, Direct Support to PresidentWe are looking for an ambitious and adaptable Professional Generalist to join our corporate team. This unique position offers direct exposure to high-level operations under the guidance of our President and will touch all corners of the business—from Construction and Development to Finance, Administration, and Operations.This role is designed for someone who is focused on their career and eager to grow to the next level, ready to wear many hats, and thrives in dynamic environments. It demands flexibility, sharp decision-making, and a willingness to be involved wherever needed.Core Responsibilities:* Collaborate directly with the President on cross-functional initiatives to support the company’s growth and efficiency* Jump into a variety of departmental projects—whether it’s reviewing lease documents, working on financial models, supporting development operations, or assisting with strategic marketing* Handle confidential materials and internal communications with sound judgment and discretion* Maintain and build spreadsheets and tracking documents (e.g. budgets, projections, performance metrics)* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel logistics as needed—sometimes with little or no advance notice* Act as a conduit between teams, synthesizing information and communicating insights clearly and professionally* Be available to work nights and weekends on an as-needed basis* Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while adapting to shifting prioritiesWhat You Bring:* BA required MBA preferred* Strong problem-solving and communication skills* Experience or coursework in finance, project management, or marketing a plus* Willingness to travel frequently and pivot quickly between priorities* Natural curiosity and ambition to learn every facet of the organization* Ability to thrive under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and support evolving business needsWhat We’re Offering:You’ll receive direct coaching from senior leadership and gain exposure to the company’s broader strategic and operational landscape.
