*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightclub environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional guest relations skills and a passion for providing outstanding service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience while effectively managing their needs.*Duties** Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to.* Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system, including OpenTable for reservations.* Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.* Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns or requests efficiently.* Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.* Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables and service stations.*Requirements** Previous experience as a Server in a nightclub or similar fast-paced environment is preferred.* Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and prioritize tasks effectively.* Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.* Excellent guest relations abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.* Familiarity with POS systems, including OpenTable, is advantageous but not mandatory.* A positive attitude and willingness to help team members as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while developing your skills in a vibrant nightlife setting!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $22.27 - $23.83 per hourBenefits:* Employee discountShift:* Evening shift* Morning shiftAbility to Commute:* Salisbury, MD 21801 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Salisbury, MD 21801: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
