Senior Supervisor, Process Technology

*SUMMARY:*Responsible for the development and improvement of product process solutions and handling of process abnormalities. Ensure production efficiency.*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*·Control material consumption.·Develop and arrange monthly work plans of the process department.·Responsible for the preparation and review of process parameters, process requirements for each process, and SOPs.·Analyze and reduce process defects and fragmentation rate.·Solve abnormal process problems in production line.·Optimize processes.·Responsible for batch introduction of new products, new processes and new materials.·Responsible for process debugging of new equipment and formulation of process standards.·Responsible for the development, training, daily management, supervision and coordination of subordinate process technicians.*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: **Education:*·Associate degree in science and engineering related disciplines.*Experience:*·Minimum 5 years of experience in process technology in solar industry, of which 3+ years of experience in an equivalent position..*Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*·Familiar with PV module process technology standards and parameters.·Able to lead the development of process routes, technical standards and parameters for PV module products.·Able to effectively identify process technology problems and experience in implementing product process technology improvement and optimisation.·Strong planning ability, good thinking, good communication and coordination skills, organisational skills and innovation ability.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayExperience:* Process Technology: 5 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Greenville, NC 27834 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Greenville, NC 27834: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
