Lawn Technician

We are seeking highly qualified and results-driven specialist technicians who want to contribute to a culture of action and execution._*Position: *Lawn and Exterior Maintenance TechnicianFull-Time PositionReports to Market Coach*Requisite Experience:** 2+ years of experience in lawn care and exterior maintenance*Responsibilities*:* Performs bi-weekly scheduled lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding-Irrigation experience is a plus* Monthly power washing of buildings (including roof), sidewalks, and signage- Bi-Weekly* Maintains all landscaped areas by trimming trees, shrubs, and bushes, removing debris, and alerting leadership of any replacement needs for dead or dying plants* Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required* Manages all work in a manner that does not impose on operations and their ability to service customers* Ensures all work is performed with acute attention to detail and displays pride in the quality of work performed* Maintains safe working conditions for oneself and those in proximity*Qualifications:** 2 years of experience working as a lawn technician* Extremely detail-oriented and work displays pride in quality* High School Diploma or equivalent* Valid driver's license and clean driving record* Capable of going up/down a ladder and lifting up to 50 lbs.* Ability to travel regionally up to 50%, including occasional overnight travel- There will be 2-3 nights per month in Tallahassee.*Location*: Gainesville/Ocala, Florida*Compensation:*· Up to $25 per hour· Performance-based Bonus: Up to $5,000 per year· Service Incentive Bonus: Up to $5,000 per year ($1,000 per year up through five years)· Vehicle Allowance: $600 per month· Cell Phone Allowance: $100 per month· Tool Allowance: $5,000 per year for the purchase and replenishment of job-specific tools*Additional Benefits:*· Up to 5-weeks of vacationo 4 weeks in years 1-3o 5 weeks in year 4 and beyond· Health Insuranceo Employer pays up to 70%o No waiting period.
