Orthodontic office seeking an Assistant Office Manager to become a part of our team! Complete all reports as directed, under the direction and responsibility of the Office Manager.Responsibilities:* Oversee team members* Manage team meetings and office huddles* Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety* Oversee all inventory, supply ordering, and documents all operational expenses* Manages daily operations of the facility which includes daily decision making, patient interactions, scheduling, forecasting, and paying operational bills* The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.* Monitor KPIs* Help support office related marketingQualifications:* Experience in customer service* Dental or Orthodontic Experience* Strong leadership qualities* Strong organizational skills* Excellent written and verbal communications skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededWork Location: In person
