If you like working out on your lunch break, being a part of a team, and making an impact in the place where you work, you will fit right in.*Role Description:*The Warranty Service Coordinator reports to the Manager of Quality and Service and is critical to Torque Fitness. This role is responsible for managing the entire labor warranty claim process, from initial customer contact to final resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a keen attention to detail. The coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and service technicians ensuring timely and effective resolution of warranty claims while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.*Specific Role Responsibilities:*· Serve as primary point of contact for incoming warranty labor claims from customers, service technicians, or other channels.· Determine in-warranty and out of warranty situations. Escalations are to be reported to Manager of Quality and Service to ensure desired service levels.· Gather and review all necessary documentation for each claim, including photos/video, service reports, and proof of purchase.· Maintain service order in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system—enter and acknowledge new service orders. Process and communicate order changes.· Track the status of all open claims and follow up with service companies to ensure timely resolution.· Maintain accurate and detailed service records in ERP.· Provide clear and timely updates to customers on the status of their claims.· Communicate with service technicians to schedule appointments, dispatch parts, and ensure proper repair procedures are followed.· Identify trends in warranty claims and report findings to management.· All other duties as assigned.*Education and Experience:*· Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.· Minimum of 1 year or more of customer service or sales experience.· Experience with warranty claims processing is highly desirable.*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*· Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.· Strong written and verbal communication skills.· Strong interpersonal skills are required as this position involves extensive personal contact and fostering relationships with others.· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and conflict-resolution abilities.· Must be a self-motivated individual.· Structured thought process: takes a logical approach to analyzing problems, developing solutions, and organizing work.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)· Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) or warranty management systems preferred.· Passion and understanding for the fitness industry is preferred.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.· Organization: prioritizes work to ensure that tasks are completed in an effective and timely manner.*Physical Requirements:*· Standing or sitting for long periods of time.· Frequent bending and lifting (up to 100lbs).· This role is an in-office position.· Must be able to communicate effectively via phone and email.*This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is:*· Dependable—shows up consistently and always ready to work.· Innovative—works in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.· Collaborative—works well with others.· Conceptual—Passionate about how things physically work (how they are put together or torn apart, mechanical aptitude).· Works well under pressure—thrives in a fast-paced environment.If you are looking to make your passion your work, have a “Don’t Quit.
