Club Bouncer

Responsibilities:- Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff- Monitor the premises to prevent any disturbances or incidents- Check identification and enforce age restrictions for entry- Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a professional and calm manner- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may arise- Collaborate with law enforcement or other security personnel when necessary- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises using CCTV systems- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policiesExperience:- Previous experience as a bouncer or in a similar security role is preferred- Possess a valid certificate in loss prevention, conflict management, or related field- Knowledge of CPR and first aid procedures is highly desirable- Familiarity with surveillance systems and their operation is a plus- Experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageousSkills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong observation and situational awareness abilities- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations- Physical fitness and the ability to handle potentially confrontational situations- Proficient in using CCTV systems and other security equipmentIf you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in conflict management, surveillance, and law enforcement will be put to use, then this position is for you.
