CNC Swiss Programmer/Machinist

If you're a pro with *Citizen Swiss machines* and fluent in *Esprit*, we want to hear from you!*What You’ll Be Doing:** Program, set up, and prove out CNC Swiss lathe programs using *Esprit** Operate Citizen Swiss-style machines with precision and independence* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specs* Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality* Collaborate with engineers and machinists to improve processes* Document setups, processes, and quality standards* Troubleshoot programming and machining issues* Train and mentor operators and junior machinists* Record time and activities in our ERP system* Perform routine maintenance and keep your workspace sharp* Follow all safety protocols—because quality starts with a safe team*What We’re Looking For:** *3+ years* of hands-on CNC Swiss machining experience (Citizen preferred)* Proven ability to independently set up and operate Swiss machines* *Strong programming skills* with *Esprit *(or similar CAD/CAM software)* Solid understanding of *M & G code*, GD&T, and mechanical drawings* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment* Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to quality* Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment*Why FK Instrument?*We’re not just another machine shop—we’re a team of craftspeople, engineers, and problem-solvers who are passionate about doing things the right way.
