As a Lot Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of vehicles within our dealership lot and providing assistance to the Inventory Manager as needed.Responsibilities:* Safely drive and maneuver vehicles within the dealership lot.* Organize and maintain the appearance of the lot, ensuring vehicles are neatly arranged and easily accessible.* Assist the Inventory Manager in tracking vehicle inventory, including locating vehicles, updating records, and performing regular inspections.* Perform basic maintenance tasks on vehicles, such as cleaning and refueling.* Provide support to the sales and service teams by retrieving and parking vehicles as requested.* Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies at all times.* Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.* Ability to safely operate various types of vehicles.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.* Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.Join our team at Grapevine Ford Lincoln and become an integral part of our dealership's success.
