Treat people with respect, honesty, and encourage open communication and they will stay with us for the long haul!Take a moment to see what people are saying about us on Yelp!are seeking another full-time lawn care technician to join our team.Key Objectives:During production season your role will be completing a specific route of customers and applying the correct fertilizers, weed control, and insect control products to provide the greenest, thickest, and most weed free lawns to your customers.Benefits of Working for Weiss Lawn Care, Inc.:- *Compensation* : Our Lawn Techs Average $900.00 - 1100.00 per week throughout the season for first year technicians with our production incentive program. Second year and beyond technicians average $1200.00-$1400 per week with as much as up to $2000.00 depending on the time of season and service.-We only use the industry's top equipment and products/*All Techs are outfitted with Ride On sprayer/spreaders.-All aeration technicians are outfitted with one ride aerator and one walk behind for smaller areas and gates.-Great opportunity for advancement in a steadily growing business-We also work through the winter doing snow plowing and deicing applications./*Plowing pay is 35.00-50.00 per hour depending on experience level.We are looking for a highly motivated individuals who meet the following requirements:Licensed pesticide Applicator or Operator or We will help you acquire your license which is needed to treat lawns.
