Front of House Team Member

*Job Title: Front of House Staff – Café/Restaurant**Location:* Seven Fields, PA*Job Type:* [Full-time/Part-time/Flexible Hours]*Reports To:* Café Manager / Shift Supervisor*Job Summary:*We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team in a vibrant café/restaurant atmosphere. As a FOH team member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, a smooth dining experience, and top-tier customer service from entry to exit.*Key Responsibilities:** Greet and wait on guests in a timely and friendly manner* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently* Deliver food and beverages promptly with attention to presentation and order accuracy* Handle payments and operate the POS system* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area (tables, counters, restrooms, etc.)* Communicate with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service* Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns quickly and professionally* Uphold health and safety standards, including food handling and hygiene protocols* Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned*Key Skills & Qualifications:** Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus, but not required* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure* Punctual, reliable, and a team player* Basic math skills for handling cash/card transactions* Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed*Perks & Benefits:** Staff meals and/or discounts* Opportunities for advancement* Training providedJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceShift:* Day shiftExperience:* Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: In person
