*Job Title: Plate Mounter – Entry Level (Training Provided)**Location:* Delaware County, PA*Position Summary:*We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Plate Mounter. This role is essential to the printing process, ensuring printing plates are accurately mounted to cylinders or sleeves in accordance with customer specifications and company standards. No prior experience is required—we are willing to provide full training to the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who is looking to begin a career in a respected and stable industry.Visit us on the web: Responsibilities:** Interpret and follow written and computer-generated layout specifications for plate mounting* Set up jobs using the Opti-Check system* Prepare and clean plates prior to mounting; perform minor plate repairs if needed* Apply plates using the correct mounting tape and techniques* Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with food safety regulations*Additional Duties:** Collaborate with the shift supervisor to prioritize and plan mounting workflow* Accurately complete documentation and obtain necessary approvals* Assist in quality control checks to confirm jobs are correctly mounted (Job Check-off procedure)*Qualifications & Skills:** High school diploma or equivalent required* Strong attention to detail and precision* Comfortable working with small tolerances (measured in thousandths of an inch)* Ability to accurately use a tape measure* Solid math skills and mechanical aptitude* Effective verbal and written communication skills* Previous experience in flexographic printing is a plus, but not required*Benefits:** Competitive pay* 401(k) with company match* On-the-job training and career development opportunities* Supportive team environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: $35,360.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k) matchingSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shiftWork Location: In person
