Job Summary: The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. This role involves managing staff, coordinating departments, maintaining service standards, and implementing policies to enhance the guest experience.Key Responsibilities:* Operational Oversight:* Supervise daily operations across multiple departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.* Ensure smooth coordination between departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.* Staff Management:* Manage staff and processes.** Guest Services:* Monitor guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.* Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.* Financial Management:* Assist in payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.* Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure profitability.* Compliance & Safety:* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.* Maintain security standards and emergency procedures.* Quality Assurance:* Conduct regular inspections of restaurant, guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations.* Implement and monitor quality control procedures.Qualifications:* 3–5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.* Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros, or similar).* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Preferred Skills:* Multilingual abilities.* Experience with event planning or conference services.* Knowledge of sustainability practices in hospitality.Job Type: Full-timePay: $61,039.64 - $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
