*Job Posting: Bartender (Craft Cocktails + Elevated Service)**Location:* Rec Haus – St. Charles, IL*Pay:* $12/hr + Tip Pooling*Part-Time Positions Available (10-30 hrs/week)**About Us:*Rec Haus is a one-of-a-kind social experience in downtown St. Charles, combining arcade games, bocce, pool, shuffleboard, and a self-pour beer wall—all within a lively, welcoming environment. But at the heart of it all is our bar program: an elevated cocktail experience rooted in creativity, seasonal rotation, and exceptional hospitality.At Rec Haus, guests will experience a one-of-a-kind *self-pour draft wall* featuring 24 rotating taps exclusively from local breweries. Using RFID wristbands, customers can pour their own beers, ciders, or seltzers—sampling as much or as little as they like. While self-serve, the draft wall still requires attention from staff to ensure a smooth experience. Bartenders will educate guests on how to use the system, maintain cleanliness, and keep the glassware shelves fully stocked. Guests will have the option to leave a gratuity, which can be added to their final bill upon checkout.Rec Haus will launch with a *limited but high-quality food menu* including pizzas, paninis, and soft pretzels. Guests can place their orders through a self-service kiosk or by scanning a QR code at their table. Once an order is placed, the back-of-house team will prepare the food and use the Toast POS system to notify the guest via text when it’s ready for pickup at the food counter. During slower periods, bartenders may assist by delivering food to tables to enhance the guest experience.*The Role:*We're looking for a skilled, experienced bartender to join our team and help shape the Rec Haus cocktail identity.
