Front of House Team MemberProfessional and Friendly environmentFast environment so you must be comfortable moving quickly and fast pace.*Do not let the Hourly Rate fool you, you will make 1.5 to 2 times that amount with tips. **Hourly Rate PLUS great tips - our customers are extremely generous.**Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday 6:30 am to 2:30 pm *We proactively serve our customers.Front of house Duties:- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns- Prepare a variety of espresso drinks and cocktails- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations-Barista experience preferredFront of House Team MemberRequirements:- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work well in a team-oriented settingNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
