Our goal is to provide our guests with a memorable experience created by our team members commitment to exceptional guest service.Our work environment includes:* Modern office setting* Food provided* Relaxed atmosphere* On-the-job training* Lively atmosphere* On-the-job training* Lively atmosphere* Growth opportunitiesResponsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service- Greet customers and take their orders- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction- Check identification to verify legal drinking age- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area- Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication- Upsell and promote drink specials and menu items- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register- Follow all safety and sanitation proceduresRequirements:- Previous experience in bartending or a related field is preferred- Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Basic math skills for calculating orders and handling cash transactions- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Familiarity with Toast POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composureIf you have a passion for bartending, enjoy interacting with customers, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
