Water Operations Field Manager

To help we are looking for a motivated person to lead our water mitigation team.*An Ideal Candidate Should:** Have IICRC certifications in Water Restoration and Mold Remediation.* Experience running and leading active mitigation projects (setting up containment, performing demo, and setting up drying equipment)* Experience documenting projects for insurance claims.* Knowledge of propper Personal Protective Equipment and safety expectations on a job site.* Comfortable working independently.* Be professional in appearance and communication with customers and colleagues.* Be comfortable in and physically able to navigate a crawlspace and attic.* Have the ability to work with others and accept direction and correction. as well as independently and without supervision.* Ability to lift heavy objects up to 75 lbs and perform labor under adverse conditions* Must have a valid driver’s license.* Must be able to pass a background check.*Primary Responsibilities:** Perform inspections and create estimates for potential customers.* Create a network for lead generation.* Lead water mitigation projects - Setup containment, perform demo, and setup drying equipment.* Help train and develop new team members.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearExperience:* Water damage restoration: 3 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* Cary, NC 27513 (Required)Work Location: In person
