Cleaning Supervisor

Your application will be denied if you don't have these qualifications.*__*Cleaning Lead Supervisors*_ work with the Business Manager to lead and oversee a small group of Cleaning Crew Leads. This is a fast paced position where you are given authority with your responsibilities and are held accountable for producing results through your crew leads. We set *Specific *M*easurable *A*ttainable *R*ealistic *T*rackable *_SMART_/* goals, and expect informed performance. You will be responsible for the cleanliness of the businesses your crew leads clean. You will inspect their work, and perform inspections on our tablet software. You will report to Melton & Son's Cleaning Solutions on your findings. Our goal is ZERO client complaints. You will also be responsible for reducing job costs 10% to 30% with the aid of technological advances such as autonomous vacuums.
